Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions govern all contracts entered into by the company  for the supply of sale of goods or services. Any order given to the company shall be deemed to constitute an Agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be of effect unless agreed by the company in writing.

Law governing this contract. This contract shall in all respects be construed and operated as an English contract governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of, or in connection therewith , shall be referred to the English Courts

  1. Description of Goods. The companies brochure and website is a guide only and does not form part of any contract. All goods are supplied subject to reasonable availability to the company of suitable material and labour
     

  2. Through a continuous  programme of development, we reserve the right to change the specification of our own products at any time without prior notice.
     

  3. All sizes are in the nearest metric equivalent to timber sizes.
     

  4. Prices. All prices include VAT. In the event of any increase in the cost to the company of overheads, labour, goods, materials or transport after the date of quotation, the company reserves the right to increase its prices accordingly, as is any extra and unforeseen work required when on site is chargeable.
     

  5. Despatch and delivery. Any time or date quoted by the company for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and the company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage whatsoever for failure to deliver within such time. No delay, failure or any other default in respect of delivery or part delivery shall entitle the customer to treat the contract as repudiated.
     

  6. Payment of a minimum of 50% of the contract price inc VAT is payable with your order, is non refundable.  The remaining 50% is payable on completion of the erection, or delivery in supply only cases, and will be collected by the erection/delivery team. If you are unable to make payment in this way please contact our office to arrange pre payment before delivery. Any dispute will not be dealt with until full payment is received.
     

  7. Title of all products shall belong to us until full payment is received by us . Until such receipt you are not permitted to occupy the building or allow any other person or live stock to do so.  If you fail to make full payment of the contract price plus any extras, when the building is erected or delivered, then we are irrevocably authorised to enter the site and to remove the building. This is in addition to any other rights exercisable by us under those circumstances.
     

  8. Obtaining planning permission and building regulations is your responsibility.
     

  9. Materials. We inspect all timbers at the time of manufacture but do not accept any responsibility for timber shrinkage, expansion, cracking, shake or knotholes, warping or the like. Should you discover any breakage or other defect which has occurred in transit, we require to be notified within three working days of receipt on site of the building components. No live stock is permitted to enter the building if there is any areas of contention. You further accept that with extreme weather conditions (either wet or dry) some movement (particularly doors) may well occur for which we do not take responsibility nor to adverse weather damage or `splash back`. Any problems associated with incorrect self assembly will entail a call out fee plus a charge for time spent on site.
    Note! The standard range of stables etc. are NOT stallion boxes, and if used as such , the company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, howsoever caused, to any buildings or livestock.
     

  10. Please check the details on this form as you are responsible for any errors on it.
     

  11. We shall repair or replace, at our option, damaged or defective goods free of charge , as soon as can reasonably be done within our programme.
     

  12. Any extra's will be added when time allows
     

  13. We are not responsible for any poor workmanship by any contractor the customer may employ to install / erect our products.
     

  14. Any base not prepared by ourselves, or not seen prior, or is not as described, and judged to be unsuitable by our erectors will mean the building will be left on a self erection basis and full payment made at that time. A recall charge of 20% will be made if necessary.
     

  15. Any extra or unforeseen work carried out will be charged at £25 per person per hour.
     

  16. Any problems associated with wrongful self-assembly will entail a call out charge of £40 plus £25 per person per hour.
     

  17. No buildings will be left without full payment
     

  18. If a building is ready for despatch and is not delivered or collected within 14 days of notification or agreement, then we shall be entitled to charge for such storage with any outstanding balance due immediately.
